NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

In compliance with requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, the following notice of special meeting is hereby submitted for publication:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, official notice is hereby given of a Special Public Meeting of the Mayor and Council of Borough of Haddon Heights to be held on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of said meeting is for the award of a contract for the Camden County Open Space Grant for Fitzgerald Memorial Infield Improvements.

In addition, the Mayor and Borough Council reserve the right to take any additional action, not anticipated at this time that may be necessary, including items of a routine nature, which come before the Mayor and Council. A public portion shall be conducted.
