Pet Licensing 2017

Cat and Dog Licenses are due to renewed. To avoid the late free of $10.00, you must obtain your pet’s license on or before Friday June 30, 2017.

If you are coming into the borough hall to renew, please bring a current proof of your pet’s rabies vaccination along with the fee (cash or check). If you recieved a letter in the mail from us to renew your pets license and the rabies expiration date on the sticker we attached to the letter is good through November 1, 2017, there is no need to bring a copy of the rabis vaccine to the office, since we already have the up to date information in the computer.

*VACCINATION MUST BE GOOD THROUGH NOVEMBER 1st, 2017. We will be unable to issue the license if the Vaccination expires before 11/1/17. This is a state regulation, you can find more information on the State of NJ’s website. We recommend contacting your vet if you have questions about changing the timing of your pet’s vaccination.

The cost for a spayed/neutered cat or dog is still just $9.00.
The cost for a non-spayed/non-neutered cat or dog is $12.00.

To avoid the late free of $10.00, you must obtain your pet’s license on or before Friday June 30, 2017.

If needed here is a copy of the renewal form. You can also use this form if you are registering a new pet. Animal License – New & Renewal

      Iris,
Welcome to Haddon Heights! When did you move into your current residence? As a new resident you would not need to pay the late fee. You can either come into the Borough Hall and we can add you to the system and give you the license and tag or if you would prefer you can fill out the form that is provided here on the website and mail it to our offices along with your payment. If you do mail in your information and payment please be sure to include a stamped self addressed envelope so we can mail the license and tag back to you.

I am thinking of moving to Haddon Heights and have four dogs. Some of the neighboring towns have regulations on how many dogs are allowed per household. Does Haddon Heights have any such regulation?

    • Julie says:

Hello Bob! Thank you for reaching out, at this time Haddon Heights does not have any regulations limiting the number of dogs per household. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us. Have a great day.
