Haddon Heights Spring Programs – Start April 10th

Haddon Heights Programs is excited for the Spring Session to start on April 10th. We have many great classes for you to check out including options to get in shape, learn a new hobby, improve your nutrition and expand your investing knowledge, helping to care for aging parents, and much more! Our Spring Session will run 12 weeks starting April 10th and ending July 1st. With these new longer sessions we are offering the option with some of our classes to split your class payment into two installments. Free Rabies Clinic – Sat. April 29 8:30am

We will be holding a free Rabies Vaccination Event on Saturday April 29th from 8:30 – 9:30 am. in front of the Fire Department at 608 Station Avenue. (Behind the Library) If your pet is in need of updating their vaccination, you can attend at no cost. Both residents and non-residents are welcome. Residents will also be issued their 2017 pet license(s) at the event. Any questions call (856)547-7164 ext 31.

Cruise Heights – Sat. April 29

The Original Garden State Corvette Club will once again be coordinating and running Cruise Heights, the April Classic Car Show, sponsored by the Haddon Heights Business and Professional Association. Date: Saturday, April 29, 2017 Rain date: Sunday, April 30, 2017 Time: 11 am – 3 pm   Location: 120 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights There will be a DJ, trophies, and dash plaques for the first 50 cars. Food and beverages can be purchased at the local restaurants.

Hazard Mitigation Plan

On November 4, 2016, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) designated the Camden County portion of the Mitigation Plan for Four New Jersey Counties (NJ4 HMP) as “approvable pending adoption”. As a participating municipality, the borough will be adopting this plan by resolution. To access the plan, please follow the directions here.
